Sharon
Paul was born and raised in Florence, SC. and attended Armstrong State
College in Savannah, GA for two years. Sharon retired from the Infectious
Disease Lab at the University of Georgia in 2015. She has been a member of this
Club since 2000. During these years she served as Lion Tamer and
President. Sharon, the first woman to join the Club, received the
Lion's Melvin Jones Fellowship award in 2005 for her service to Lionism.
She attends Tuckston United Methodist Church where she is a member of a
very active Sunday School class. She is married to Greg, also a member
of the Club. They have 2 children, a daughter living in
Braselton, GA and a handicapped son now deceased. |
